The Beginning

I have been shooting for over 20 years. I began in college after being inspired to pick up a camera when a friend got into photography. Professionally, I got started doing portraiture, and after learning studio lighting, got into product photography. 

I also worked for 18 years in a camera store where I learned a tremendous amount having to answer questions and provide guidance for both beginners and working pros as well as provide training on photographic technique and products to other sales staff.  

Every era comes to an end though, and with the closing of the chapter at the camera store, we have decided that with all the knowledge used to help others for the last two decades, it is time to do our own thing. 

Amanda has always been interested in photography. She got her first camera when she was 12, and took pictures as an avid hobbyist for years. When the two of us met, the shared interest pushed Amanda’s passion to a whole new level. She has an amazing creative mind and ability to think outside the box. She also has an eye for detail that helps achieve immaculate results. 

Now with the combination of our knowledge and creativity, we are ready to conquer the world. 

With the creation of the website and the new focus on photography as a career, we also need new headshots.
